Once AOV Booster is installed, you land on the home screen with a setup checklist. Click Start free trial and approve the charge in Shopify's own approval screen — nothing is billed until the 5-day trial ends.
A rule defines which product triggers which suggestions. Click Create a rule, pick a trigger product, then pick up to 5 products to suggest, and choose where it should show: product page, post-purchase, or both.
For suggestions to show on the product page, add the block once in the theme editor — this is a one-time Shopify step that no app can do automatically. From the checklist, click Open theme editor, then Add block → Apps → "Suggestions de produits (upsell)" on your product template, and save.
If your rule includes the post-purchase placement, go to Settings → Checkout → Post-purchase offers and select AOV Booster — only one app can hold this slot per store, so Shopify requires you to pick it explicitly.
That's it. Customers now see your suggestion on the product page, and can add the post-purchase offer to their order in one click, no repayment needed.
